Pierre Yergeau is a Quebec writer of fiction and poetry, born in a mining village in northern Quebec, in the Abitibi region.
Holder of a Master’s degree in comparative literature and a three-time finalist for the prestigious Governor General’s Award, he also received a special mention in the Francophonie’s Five Continents Prize for his novel La Cité des vents. Dernière neige, his first book published in France, was released by Phébus in 2025.
